“A Compassionate Communication Experience” will present effective methods for increasing connection and improving relationships with family, coworkers and friends.

With a lot of opportunities to practice, attendees will learn how to increase empathic understanding of others and themselves. They will learn ways to express themselves honestly, yet without criticism or blame. These tools can greatly help us to resolve conflicts and to have more satisfaction and harmony in all relationships.

Several Compassionate Communication presenters will offer a range of topics based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg which is successfully used world wide with all ages and many cultures. www.cnvc.org

Participants can choose from a variety of 75 to 90-minutes sessions that will include discussion and experiential practice and include topics for parents, teachers, dealing with anger, self-connection, couple relationships, introductory sessions and more.
